Please signup here. After you fill out the registration form, PayPal will send you an email to confirm your email address. Once you confirm receipt of that email, your account is activated.

Here's How:

1. Please signup here.
2. Select the country or region where you live form the drop-down menu.
3. Choose a Business account.
4. Follow the online instructions.
5. Check your email inbox.
6. Click the link in the PayPal confirmation email.
7. Enter your password and click Confirm.
8. You have finished signing up and may start using your PayPal account.
