If your WordPress website is hosted by us and unable to get support from your previous web developer, don't worry. We can help you to takeover your previous web developer "after-sales" support.
For one time activation fee of RM500, we can help you perform minor changes on the website and answer any technical question you may have on WordPress for as long as you host the website with us. We can also perform tasks that requires significant amount of time to complete such as new page creation, content modification or other customization at reasonable fee.
Also included in this service is standard WordPress maintenance such as updating the core and plugins to the latest version, remove any unused or risky plugins and converting the URL to HTTPS.
Please note this doesn't cover web redesign/redevelopment services.
