Example: 
List A = All subscribers
List B = All recipients that unsubscribe to List A

You want to send email to recipients that unsubscribe to List A and put them into a new List (List B). 

Here is the setting.
1) Log in MailBlast > Lists > click "Manage Subscribers Actions"
2) Put a "Name" and choose an action type:
Example: 
-When subscribe unsubscribe from a list 
-Choose a list (Ex: List A) and choose the campaign. Select 'Any' if you want to apply on all campaign send out by List A
- Subscribe to list then select List B
3) Click Add to complete.
