A - A List
After you log in your MailBlast, the first thing you need to do is create a list.
A List is a like collection of recipients email address that you wish to send.
Example: You create a list "Local" for your local clients’ email addresses and a list "Global" for your international clients’ email addresses.

TIPS: You may choose to send only email addresses for just 1 list or multiple lists at the same time in your later sending.

B - Bring in your contacts
After you create a list, you may want to import the recipients’ email address into the list.

TIPS: In MailBlast, we acknowledge the recipients in a List as "subscribers"

C - Campaign set up
Campaign is like you prepare a mass mailing activity. Ex: Christmas campaign, Monthly campaign etc.

TIPS: Normally you choose 'One-Time Mailing' for normal newsletters sending.

D - Do a message
Message is the content that you would like to insert into your newsletters content.

TIPS: HTML, TEXT or both HTML and TEXT are available. You may also fetch a content using http://domain.com/123.html

E - MailBlast it!

TIPS: You may view the content of your newsletter via browser for preview by using the function in MailBlast which will pop out in another window or send a test-email to your email account for review before publishing it to your prospective customers.

F - Forecast the future.
Reporting is the final stage and also the most important part that you should not be miss out.

TIPS: Check your campaign response and statistic, forecast your market potential, then schedule your next sending.
