I have multiple email accounts from the same domain in my Microsoft Office Outlook. How do I rename the e-mail accounts name so that I can identify the accounts easier?

1. In MS Office Outlook, go to Tools / E-mail Accounts. Select "View or change existing e-mail accounts".



2. Select the email account that you want to change and click on Change.



3. Under General tab, change the name under Mail Account and OK



4. Click Finish
