Important tips to reduce spam

By default, your hosting account does not automatically discard email messages identified as Spam by SpamAssassin.

To filter all mail that SpamAssassin has marked as spam, firstly log in to your Cpanel.

Then click on "Account Level Filtering" icon and click on "create a new Filter" button on the next page.

On the next page, enter something descriptive for "Filter Name" such as "Spam Status begins with Yes - Discard Message"

Then under Rules, choose "Spam Status", "begins with", and then enter "Yes" in the box.

Finally choose "Discard Message" for Actions.

This will greatly reduce the number of Spam in your inbox.

Note: SpamAssassin must be enabled in Cpanel.
